No Damsel in Distress

This one-of-one Wonder Woman canvas brings a little street art attitude to a familiar superhero. The stencil borrows a technique from LA street artist Teachr, pairing fiberglass window screen mesh with hand-cut paper.

The color goes down first, worked in by hand with Markal paint sticks. Then comes the spray paint, pushed through the mesh to pull the image into focus with crisp edges and layered texture.

A little superhero. A little street art. Entirely NUMBCHUX.
