Welcome to numbchux.com. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the NUMBCHUX website. Please review them before placing an order.
1. Product Information
Products may include original artwork, prints, and other artist-made items. Each listing identifies the product type, materials, dimensions, and what is included with your purchase.
Handmade pieces may feature variations in texture, finish, and other details. These characteristics are part of the artwork. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and the photography used.
Room mockups and styled images are for illustration. Refer to the listed dimensions for the artwork’s actual size. Frames, props, and accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. Full payment is required before an order is processed, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
If an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains a material pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund any payment received.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after payment, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing or agreed upon in writing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates vary by destination and shipping provider and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order, as required by applicable law.
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Contact hey@numbchux.com promptly if an address needs to be changed. Changes may not be possible after shipment.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue with the carrier.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
All sales are final for changes of mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of personal preference, including size or color preferences, so please review the listing carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or materially differs from its description, please email hey@numbchux.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please retain the original packaging while the issue is reviewed.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement where available, or refund. Please contact us before returning an item.
The final-sale policy and requested reporting timeframe do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact hey@numbchux.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order’s status and cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. This does not affect cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Any separate cancellation terms for custom or commissioned work will be provided before you commit to the purchase.
6. Artwork Ownership and Intellectual Property
Purchasing artwork transfers ownership of the physical item. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
NUMBCHUX retains copyright in its original artwork and website content. You may not reproduce artwork for resale, create merchandise from it, or otherwise commercially exploit it without written permission, except as permitted by law.
We may continue to photograph, display, promote, or produce reproductions of original artwork after it is sold, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in an artwork does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Commissions and Custom Work
If we agree to a commission or custom project, its scope, price, payment schedule, estimated timeline, revision process, and cancellation terms will be confirmed separately in writing.
Those project-specific terms apply alongside these Terms and Conditions.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through purchases, contact forms, and other website interactions is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use service providers, including Squarespace, payment providers, shipping carriers, and email providers, to operate the website and fulfill orders. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about how information is collected, used, and disclosed.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as our business or practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
The terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that purchase unless we mutually agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different approach.
